Functional Movement Screening:
Coaches will help identify where an individual may have a deficiency in body movement and range of motion, limiting their ability to adequately perform a movement within a programmed workout. Identifying and documenting any areas of deficiency will allow coaches to create a specific series of exercises to improve on those limitations.
Based on an individual’s goals, a specific customized nutritional program can be created. Generally programming would be evaluated every 4 weeks before any changes are applied. This time frame allows the individual and coach to assess performance and body composition changes as a result of the customized nutritional program.
